THE REPUBLIC LEADS THE WORLD IN ESTABLISHING A NEW BANKING SYSTEM OF, BY, AND FOR THE PEOPLE!!

President Turner spoke with us on December 22, 2010 and shared these encouraging words:

“I’ve talked with many international powers, heads of state. I’m about to start traveling across the world and meet with many presidents in many countries. There are many compacts that are going to be signed, many agreements. And there’s a lot of these countries that are coming forward to help finance our treasury which is almost to completion. We have a couple more documents we’re working on and then it will be done. And we will have the treasury to complete the world banking centers in this republic. It’s already set in stone internationally. There’s nothing anybody in the Corporation* or anywhere else can do about that. It’s already done. We are going to lead the new [world] banking system in this Republic.”

President Tim told us in our meeting in Chicago (12/11) that a sovereign nation was essentially needed to start up the international banking system on a sound foundation for the People of our Republic, and the World. The Republic filled that need.

A joint House and Senate committee is working on the details, headed by a gentleman who has studied national and world banking for decades. Minnesota Republic Free State is proud to have members working in the Joint Committee on Banking and Monetary Reform for the Republic for the united States of America.

WE HAVE WON!!! U.S. CORPORATION REQUESTS PEACE ACCORD! The Republic is Peacefully Restored!

LET FREEDOM RING!!! December 15, 2010 will go down in history as the day of the GREAT AMERICAN POWER SHIFT. On that day, the Republic for the United States was acknowledged as the LAWFUL GOVERNMENT IN AMERICA by the U.S. Corporation, which has requested a peace accord.

Liberation, joy, and relief are flowing throughout the land as the heavy yoke of economic slavery is shattered off of our people and we reclaim our future! What healing, what refreshment for hearts and souls now manifests as governance in America is restored from the bottom up (the People rule), rather than from a disconnected, self-serving, ignorant, and corrupt “top” down. (Yes, there are a few good hearts in de facto, but they cannot succeed within its flawed and unlawful structure.)

Yet the work really begins now, in restoring common law to the county level so we can achieve our goals as quickly as possible (see ‘Goals’ page). It’s time for all concerned and caring Americans to engage with us in taking action and creating positive change! Only WE can correct America’s course as pressures and stresses of corrupt de facto ‘government’ are compounding. What a profound remedy, that we still have the opportunity to re-inhabit the institutions of collective self-governance to which the de facto must be subject, because in America, the PEOPLE are still the POWER!

Congress Meets in Utah and Creates the historical “Declaration of Sovereign Intent.”

An historic second Continental Congress was held in Utah on November 13 and 14, resulting in the creation and passage of legislation entitled, “Declaration of Sovereign Intent.” Though details of this document cannot yet be publicly shared, ALL of the republics who were present (well over a quorum) voted unanimously and enthusiastically, “Yes!”

Part of the purpose for this document is to define who we are and our foremost intentions as a nation, for informing other nations of the world, so we may move into our next steps in international relations and our own definition and re-establishment as de jure governance. It is based on the Declaration of Independence (1776), the last non-corporate Constitution for the United States of America (1789) and the Bill of Rights (1791).

Necessary statements were included to correct the Constitution of 1789 in repudiating slavery and human trafficking of any kind.

President Tim Turner and other leaders signed the document on Monday, November 15 at 2:00 pm. We thank the Republic of Utah for generously and so graciously hosting our Congress! The beauty and passion of our people was well evident in those present. Let Freedom Ring!

We also prayed together for forgiveness for our ancestors for crimes against the Native Americans, African Americans, Japanese, Chinese, and all others who were dishonored and abused when America was formed and established. We resolved to issue formal apologies to these peoples soon.
